[05 Feb] Understanding the Gaming Industry and working in a truly global corporation

The gaming industry is exponentially expanding touching everyone's lives daily without even realizing it. Millions of games have been released and are now readily available for us to play from our living room to our social media on our phone. Working in this industry is truly fascinating. Working in a truly global company with offices around the world is even more fascinating.

I will share with you my knowledge on gaming, discuss its future and teach you best practises in working with teams of different cultures.

As a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) with operational experience and an adventurous lifestyle, enjoys both leading and contributing to team success. A strong strategic and creative mind set with proving success in driving consumer loyalty whilst finding new avenues for increasing brand visibility and revenue. Hard work, passion and commitment have governed my life so far and they will continue to do so, as will my natural strive for excellence.

Elena studied Statistics, Operational Research, Economics and European Language at the University College of London and besides her ACA qualification, she speaks three languages, she travelled to more than 30 countries and she is a piano player! In October 2019 she attended an executive education course in INSEAD France on ‘Leading Across Boarders and Cultures’.

She previously worked for PwC London as a senior associate in Top Tier Assurance, for SKY PLC London as a Senior Insights Manager and Senior Marketing Manager in Broadband and Talk.
