Synopsis:
Quick introduction to who we are. Followed by an overview of the potential financing options available to Cypriot startups based on their stage of growth, at this point, we will explore crowdfunding in more detail. We will then explore the key information investors are looking for in a startup by exploring a pitch deck. Lastly, we will discuss how startups should structure their funding rounds, with a few comments on the valuation. We will leave 5 – 10 minutes at the end for Q & A, but we will make the session interactive and encourage questions throughout the session.
