Athanasios Manavis (www.manavis.eu) is working as a freelance industrial designer (heptahedron.studio) and as an Adjunct Lecturer in the area of Product Design in the Department of Industrial Design Engineering, University of Western Macedonia, Greece (ide.uowm.gr).

He is a PhD candidate in the Department of Industrial Design Engineering, University of Western Macedonia, Greece. He is a member of the CODE+ Lab (Computational Design & Digital Fabrication Laboratory). He holds a diploma in Industrial Design Engineering and a M.Sc. in Business Administration (MBA).Athanasios Manavis is a co-author of “Product Design Methodologies”, “Product Design Tools” and “Product Design and Prototyping” (Tziola Publications, 2020-2021).
